Let me explain how my is sturctured.
Console Repair Center Warranty Policy
All eligible repairs include a 90 day labor warranty. Consoles that have been previously opened by another company or individual are not eligible for this warranty. Our technicians are able to determine if your system has been previously opened or have had a previous attempt at a graphic processor repair. The technician that works on your console will note if the system is eligible for warranty as they open it. All consoles are eligible for our extended warranty program (see below for details).
After we have repaired you console the first time your console is automatically enrolled into our extended warranty program. This means you will only have to pay half price labor for the lifetime of that console. If the original issue reoccurs after the 90 day warranty has expired, or if a different issue should occur, repairs will be completed at a half price labor cost. We do not expect our customer to pay for full price for multiple repairs on the same system. We will keep you console running for you as long as possible without breaking the bank.
No Fix, No Fee Policy
At the Console Repair Center we do not charge a diagnostics fee. If we are unable to repair your console on its first visit there will be no charge for our services.
